Mohammed has led the PwC Middle East Tax and Legal Services (TLS) practice, overseeing a team of approximately 800 professionals across 12 countries in the region.
In this role, he supported organisations in navigating a rapidly evolving tax and legal landscape, offering strategic insights and solutions tailored to their needs. Prior to his leadership at PwC, Mohammed served as a Tax and Zakat Partner at EY for eight years, where he gained extensive expertise in advising high-profile clients and addressing complex tax and regulatory matters. Mohammed’s journey started at the very beginning with Arthur Andersen in 1988 until 2002.
With over 35 years of professional experience in the Middle East, Mohammed has cultivated a deep understanding of the region’s tax and legal frameworks. He has worked closely with tax authorities and supported clients in resolving challenging issues with precision and expertise. Mohammed’s diverse industry experience spans consumer markets, education, energy, utilities, financial services, government and public services, industrial manufacturing, transportation and logistics, healthcare, and real estate, making him a trusted advisor across sectors.
